Welcome Tara Fisk Sollid! Tara is our new Director and Volunteer Coordinator
Graffiti Removal Pilot Project: Nine people have signed up to search out and clean up graffiti. If you would like to help with this project, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a cleaning kit.
Hall Facility Improvements in various stages:
- One section of the hall will be re-roofed
- Engineering report is being completed for a water management plan affecting the tennis courts, community garden, ice sheets, roofs and parking lot; the idea is to pull water away from the tennis courts and parking lot and into the garden.
Community Event Planning: A calendar of events is being created to plan events for the next year (Jun 2013 – Jun 2014) so that there will be lots of advance notice for the many events happening in Wildwood. This will allow more time to recruit volunteers, plan the event and secure the hall. Watch the website and Warbler to see what is coming up in the Community.
Clean-up Success! Thanks to Clive for organizing, and all of the volunteers who helped at, the community clean-up. Great job everyone!
