It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Wildwood. Coloured lights are on the houses, trees are being set up and of course there is all that snow. If you are able, please try to be a Snow Angel for your neighbours. What a great way to show that you care!
The Christmas season brings so much joy and activity to homes. It is a time to get together with family, friends and neighbours. It’s also a time to think back on what we have done in the last year and eagerly anticipate all the wonderful things that could happen in the coming year.
There are so many things that we have to be proud of within our community. People are active and willing to help with our events, and we all know that Wildwood is a special place. Our community association board and committees are committed to providing our community with events and programs that help to keep Wildwood great. There are many people on the board who spend hours doing things behind the scenes just to keep us organized and busy.
This year, our Events team has put together a new event that includes lighting up our community hall. Please join us for our first “Light Up Wildwood” event. For a look back on all that we accomplished and enjoyed though the year in Wildwood, please see our year end review.
Even though the cold seemed to come upon us sooner this year, it made a great start for our rinks. We can always find something positive from cold weather! I wish each of you peace and joy this holiday season. I hope that you are able to relax and enjoy spending time with family and friends. Have a wonderful Christmas. I look forward to many wonderful events and activities coming up in 2015.
