Budget: Each of the coordinators and directors submitted a budget for their activities, events or programs to our treasurer. Allan compiled a budget for 2016-17 and it was approved.
New Committee: As part of a business planning discussion, the Board decided to form a Nominating Committee – a small group of people who would be responsible for recruiting new board members and other volunteers. Committee members ideally will represent different demographics in the community, be involved in the community so they meet residents day to day and are positive about involvement in our community association.
