Here is a tentative agenda for the session.
1. Welcome and Introduction – 5 minutes
2. Review of Business plan – 15 minutes
3. Review of Job descriptions – 30 minutes (We will send out a template before hand and ask that everyone makes a first draft before the meeting)
4. Policy / procedure documents – 1 hour (A few policies will be sent before hand as well as a list of the suggested policies)
5. Review of annual WCA calendar – 15 minutes
