Proposed Development At Westbrook

You are invited to a public meeting on proposed changes to the Westbrook Village Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) and proposed rezoning for the remnant lands surrounding the Westbrook LRT Station.  The city has received an application for the site, proposing same changes to the envisioned mixed-use transit oriented development which will utilize densities approved in the existing ARP.  At this public open house you can view and provide feedback on the application and proposed changes.
