Advocacy
What Is Community Advocacy?
Community advocates provide advocacy on behalf of a community and lobby for or against development or change within neighborhoods. They are also responsible for providing information to citizens about public issues that the community might not be aware of.

Development
The Wildwood Community Association’s Planning and Development Committee is a group of community volunteers who review City planning applications and submit comments to the City as appropriate and on behalf of the WCA. We provide feedback, only, and are not directly involved in the permit decision-making process. If you have questions, please contact development@mywildwood.ca.

Are you passionate about pedestrian, cycling, traffic, and public transit safety in our community? The WCA Community Advocacy director is looking eager residents to join the Traffic Committee to help make our community safe and enjoyable for everyone.
