What Is Community Advocacy?

Community advocates provide advocacy on behalf of a community and lobby for or against development or change within neighborhoods. They are also responsible for providing information to citizens about public issues that the community might not be aware of.



The Wildwood Community Association’s Planning and Development Committee is a group of community volunteers who review City planning applications and submit comments to the City as appropriate and on behalf of the WCA.
