The Wildwood Community Association is pleased to host two virtual Spooktakular events this weekend! PUMPKIN CARVING CONTEST IS TODAY, SATURDAY OCTOBER 30th Today is all about getting those creative juices flowing while you carve those pumpkins. So sharpen your carving tools and google a great design! With the cold weather today, entering the carving contest just got easier! White Oak/Spruce Drive Playground Rebuild!
White Oak Playground Replacement Update We have entered the homestretch of the rebuild for the White Oak/Spruce Drive playground! This initiative began over 14 months ago with resident Brian Van Vliet coming forward to take the lead on the project and forming a committee with Felicia Esposito, Alastair Patterson, Kevin Philips and Heather Audet. There have been grant proposals, meetings with city and parks representatives, meetings with indigenous artists and representatives, engagement and input from the community, as well as a lot of quote and proposal reviews.
